We can produce plastic parts with a shot weight from 5 g up to 3200 g and with a locking pressure from 650 kN to 8.000 kN.
Printing department
Many of our products can be individually printed at our in-house printing department.
With modern screen and pad printing machines we can attach your company logo or your advertisement slogan to your desired product. To get an imagination of how your print looks like on the article, we send you a free photomontage. Additionally we are offering a design service and we shall be pleased to advise you considering printing issues.
Tool shop
We have an own tool shop department.
So we do have a short response time, if a correction or improvement on the tool is necessary.
Skin packaging
The cost effective packaging solution!
We offer the possibility to deliver your purchased products directly ex works with a skin packaging, so the products can be reselled directly in a promotionally effective way.
Because of the low material use skin packaging is a cost effective solution to protect your products from theft, damaging, dust or humidity. Your costumer will always get a brand-new product. The packaging is furthermore environmentally friendly, because the largest part of it can be disposed as waste paper. A second advantage is the short time delivery. The skin packaging can be attached to your products in a few days.
